Sign up for our competency-based Fire Risk Assessment package and obtain a Level 3 Award in Fire Risk Assessment a Level 4 Certificate Fire Risk Assessment and a Level 5 Diploma in Fire Risk Assessment qualifications. These courses are accredited by ProQual and completing all 3 will enable you to conduct Fire Risk Assessment of Low, Moderate and High Risk Premises.
As these are competency-based qualifications, there are no exams!!

Package 1 consists of the following courses:
- Course 1 – ProQual Level 3 Award in Fire Risk Assessment
- Course 2 – ProQual Level 4 Certificate in Fire Risk Assessment
- Course 3 – ProQual Level 5 Diploma in Fire Risk Assessment
Payment Options:
- Option 1: £1400.00 – Paid in full at the time of booking:
- Option 2: £1550.00 – Paid within 30 days (organisations only)
- Option 3: £1550.00 – Paid by Instalments
Breakdown of payments for option 3:
- Month 1: £800.00 (paid at the time of booking)
- Month 2: No payment
- Month 3: £500.00
- Month 4: No payment
- Month 5: £350.00
Package 2 consists of the following courses:
- Course 1 – ProQual Level 4 Certificate in Fire Risk Assessment
- Course 2 – ProQual Level 5 Diploma in Fire Risk Assessment

Below you will find the 3 x Fire Risk Assessment courses along with course details and the FULL course specification for each course.
- There are no formal academic entry requirements for this qualification
- This course is knowledge based only.
- There is no practical application involved I this course.
- Course consists of 3 knowledge based units
- Total Qualification Time: Up to 100 hours (You have 1 year to complete this qualificaion)
- Candidates who complete this qualification may progress onto the ProQual Level 4 Certificate in Intermediate Fire Risk Assessment.

Candidates for this qualification should:
- Hold the ProQual Level 3 Award in Fire Risk Assessment OR
- Have at least three years proven occupational experience in the field of fire risk assessment.
This course consists of 5 mandatory units:
The units will consist of a combination of knowledge-based questions and practical application (competency based)
- Unit 1: Introduction to Intermediate Fire Risk Assessment
– Knowledge-based questions
– Review 2 existing Fire Risk Assessment - Unit 2: Undertaking a Fire Risk Assessment for a Low-Risk Building
– Conduct a Fire Risk Assessment of a Low-Risk Building
– Knowledge based application / questions - Unit 3: Managing the Risk of Fire in Moderate-Risk Buildings
– Knowledge based application / questions - Unit 4: Fire Risk Assessment for a Moderate-Risk Building
– Conduct a Fire Risk Assessment for a Moderate-Risk Building - Unit 5: Understanding Professional Development as a Fire Risk Assessor
– Knowledge based application / questions
Total Qualification Time: Up to 245 hours (You will have one year to complete this qualification from the start date)
Progression: Candidates who complete this qualification may progress onto the ProQual Level 5 Diploma in Fire Risk Assessment.

Candidates for these qualifications should:
- Hold the ProQual Level 4 Certificate in Fire Risk Assessment (or equivalent qualifications) OR
- Have at least five years demonstrable occupational experience conducting fire risk assessments.
This course consists of 4 mandatory units:
The units will consist of a combination of knowledge-based questions and practical application (competency based)
- Unit 1: Undertaking a Fire Risk Assessment for High-Risk Buildings
– Conduct a Fire Risk Assessment for a High-Risk Building
– Knowledge-based application / questions
Unit 2: Managing the Risk of Fire in High-Risk Buildings
– Knowledge based application / questions
Unit 3: Advanced Fire Risk Assessment
– Conduct a Fire Risk Assessment of a High Risk Premises
– Contribute to the continuous development of fire risk assessment (Competency based)
Unit 4: Professional Development as an Advanced Fire Risk Assessor
– Knowledge based application / questions
Total Qualification Time: Up to 380 hours (You will have one year to complete this qualification from the start date)
