Please note, that once we have registered the student on this course, the course fee in not refundable. Once the student / organisation pays us, we then pay your ProQual, QualsDirect & Internal Verification fees within 24 – 48 hours.

Refunds will only be provided (minus 25% administration fee) if we have not registered the student with ProQual & Qualsdirect and paid the Internal Verification Fees

For NEBOSH Courses:

Including the NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety

Payment terms are 30 days from date of invoice.

All fees must be paid on or before the first day of the course commencement date, NC Skills reserves the right to refuse admittance to the course until payment in full is received.

NC Skills reserves the right to cancel or defer the dates of courses. In the event of NC Skills cancelling a course, learners will be deferred to another (NC Skills scheduled and advertised) course or given a full refund if NC Skills are unable to provide a course on dates suitable to the Learner.

Note: To date we have never cancelled a course, therefore we will only cancel a course due extreme unforeseen circumstances.

In the event of cancellation of a course by the Learner or their Representative, the following charges will apply:

Learners may be bound by Awarding Body terms and conditions by virtue of enrolling on one of their courses via NC Skills. In this instance, NC Skills will ensure the Learner is made aware of this situation and will normally issue the Awarding Body Terms and Conditions to the Learner.

NC Skills regrets we are unable to accept provisional bookings. Bookings are confirmed once submitted and are subject to the cancellation terms above.

All fees quoted are correct at time of publication. However, NC Skills reserves the right to amend our fees at any time.

Examination Resits

The Learner is responsible for any other costs associated with resitting any examination.

Classroom Courses.

Minimum and maximum Learner numbers and learner to tutor ratios are determined by the appropriate Awarding Body. NC Skills will always work within awarding body guidelines.

Course materials are kept under continuous review and are subject to rigorous quality assurance processes. However, NC Skills cannot be held responsible for any omissions or errors in the course materials.

NC Skills cannot be held responsible for unforeseen circumstances / Acts of God that affect the running or delivery of a course. We will endeavour to work with our Learners to resolve any such matters to the best of our ability.

NC Skills reserves the right to amend course venues at any time. Learners will be advised of any venue changes as soon as practicable.

Course fees do not include overnight accommodation or outside of course-time refreshments.

In-house Training. Where courses are delivered on client’s premises, it is the responsibility of the client to provide the following:

1) A suitable training room, with enough space and facilities for all Learners.

2) Suitable and sufficient welfare facilities.

3) Refreshments and lunch as appropriate and at Client discretion.

4) Projection facilities, and any other equipment as necessary for the delivery of the course.

Examinations.

All NEBOSH exams must be booked and paid in full at least 4 weeks before the date of the examinationALL
